Why the mattress topper I received can not inflate to 3 inches?

Does the LED strip of this bed frame is RGB and can adjust the colors?

Yes, the LED strip is RGB lights which have 20 static mode, 20 changing mode and 8 level brightness, you can DIY for your needs. And the controller is in the power cable ( not a remote control).

How long do I have to wait for my order to arrive?
All orders will be processed in 5 business days.  Depending on where you live, delivery is usually within 3~6 weeks.
Am I in your shipping area?
We only sell and ship our products in the United States by far. However, please note that we do not provide sales services to the following remote areas : Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands.
How do I get the tracking number of my order?
Once FedEx picks up parcels from our warehouse, the tracking number will be sent to your email address through our system.
Does the bed frame ship in one box?

Yes, ONLY one box.

Do you accept payment installments?
Yes, you can pay overtime when you choose to pay with Paypal Installments.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Once an order has been placed, it is automatically dropped into our workshops' queue and is not able to be edited. However, you could contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we will change your order information as you want.
What is assembly like? Easy/difficult? Most challenging parts? What tools are required and how many hands?

Assembly is straightforward, but there are quite a few pieces which makes it SEEM more daunting. You will need flat head and Phillips head screwdrivers and a hammer. One person can assemble this, but two will make it go faster! Put on some music and allow enough time so you are not rushed. :)
